Brief job description: Our client is an online recruitment specialist based in Maidenhead. In their fourth year of trading they are a "clicks and bricks" business, integrating the skills of their management team with an innovative approach to the latest in Internet technology. Their mission is to provide a dedicated one-stop shop for the selection and placement of quality candidates with clients who care about their businesses. Currently the majority of their business is in the sales arena.
Utilising their strong financial backing they have decided to strengthen considerably their existing staff to cope with the significantly increased demand within the recruitment arena. They have a base of loyal clients which will help any newcomer slot more easily into the organisation.
A determined individual with at least two years successful record in recruitment looking for first step into management or preferably with some management experience, leadership experience.
The role will be sales focused but with the emphasis on building strong relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for a team. You must have the ability and tenacity to cold call initially to gain business and also the management skills to run your team.
Looking for???. Got to be a go getter who can cold call on the telephone and win business. Ideally 28-40. You will be a articulate. Probably from a Recruitment background. Quality is more important to this company than quantity. This individual would spend a short period of time adapting to the company culture before beginning a recruitment drive to build their own team. The team would build as follows: Phase 1: 1 person, Phase 2: 3 people, Phase 3: 5 people, Phase 4: 8 people, Phase 5: 10 people. This development would be determined by achievement of realistic quarterly targets. Team Leaders will be expected to bill personally and lead from the front.
